Awakening & Honoring The Divine Feminine on Navrathri is a creative wellness circle celebrating woman power. The name Navrathri literally means nine nights. The celebration is the reminder of potential feminine power in the universe, the Divine Mother who we seek spiritual cleansing, guidance, and understanding.
Apart from the festivity, it is a cleanse for body, mind, and spirit. Body cleansing by Ayurveda fasting throughout the nine days of Navrathri(Mind you, it's not a fast of starving but fast where you withdraw yourself from eating unwanted food like sugar, gluten, meat, etc). Virtual guided meditation for each day, Yoga dance with yogic stretching, bends, and gentle inversions, a beautiful cacao ceremony on the closing day.
Wardrobe purge- Navrathri is a festival of spiritual upliftment and letting go of material things that no longer serve you, and 'daana' meaning "generosity or giving" a good old custom of donation practiced…
